The update contains feature enhancements or changes that will help keep your system software current and compatible with other system modules (firmware, BIOS, drivers and software). ####################################################################### DESCRIPTION ####################################################################### * This is the firmware release v1.0.0.24 for the Dell PowerConnect 35xx Ethernet switch. * This firmware is transferable to the switch via a TFTP server. * Please read the documents in the zip file for further information. ####################################################################### FIXES/ENHANCEMENTS ####################################################################### Version 1.0.0.24 is the maintainence release for the switch. Fixes the following field issues - The configured asset tag value is seen via embedded web server (EWS), but is not displayed when doing show running configuration - Service Tag is not displayed in CLI. - Voice Vlan : Running and startup configuration mismatch - Under the stacking configuration when the following command "show system id " is executed only display slaves Service tag - Under the stacking configuration WebUI allows to configure voice VLAN only on ports that reside on the master - 35xx link flopping with Cisco (3750) switches ####################################################################### ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ####################################################################### NOTE: The firmware may be upgraded using TFTP from the serial console interface, telnet or web user interface. When using a telnet session or web interface, the connection to the switch is not available until the switch has entered forwarding mode.
